I am sorry to hear that you are not well there days.so I am writing to tell you how to keep health.

There are mainly there for my suggests: on the one hand,you should keep maintain a good diet,such as eating more vegetables,beef and drink more hot water.On the other hand, you should spend time exercising ,example include playing basketball,walking,running,swimming at least 30 minutes playing.last but not least,you should get good sleep,it can help you relax and reduce pressure.I hope these suggests that it can help you.
