Healthy Lifestyle When it comes to healthy lifestyle, everyone has his or her own idea.From my point of view, I always think that healthy lifestyle means balanced diet,exercise and good sleep.There are reasons as follows. There are mainly three of my suggestions: on the one hand, you should maintian a good diet, such as eating more vegetables and beef, and drinking more hot water. On the other hand, you should spend time do exercising, examples include playing basketball, walking, running, and swimming for at least 30 minutes. Last but not least, you should get good sleep; it can help you relax and reduce pressure.
