     When it comes to sports,everyone has his or her own idea.Some people like running walk,while others like playing football.From my point of view,I prefer playing basketball.The following are benefits of playing basketball.
   There are mainly three reasons,on the one hand,playing basketball can make me relax.On the other hand,playing basketball can exercise my body.Last but not least,playing basketball can reduce my pressure.
  In a word,sports can make our keep healthy,we should often doing exercise.
